How alerts are delivered
Email alerts are available across plans and are the default notification channel.
WhatsApp alerts are included with all Instant Trackers. You can also add WhatsApp alerts to Fast Trackers as an optional add-on for £3.49. They are designed for high-priority ticket drops.
When a match is found, the alert includes ticket details and a link out to the vendor so you can attempt checkout there.
Important limits
- Ticket availability can disappear before you click through.
- Notification speed depends on the plan you selected.
- TicketRobin alerts you to availability but does not reserve inventory.
