What does TicketRobin actually do?
TicketRobin is a ticket monitoring and alert service. It watches supported ticket vendors and authorised resale platforms for matching availability and then sends you an alert with a link to buy directly from the vendor.
Does TicketRobin sell tickets?
No. TicketRobin is not a ticket marketplace or checkout provider. You always complete the purchase on the original vendor or resale platform after receiving an alert.
Does TicketRobin get commission from ticket platforms?
No. TicketRobin does not receive commission from ticket platforms and is not affiliated with them. TicketRobin is fully independent and simply alerts users when matching availability appears.
Which sites do you track?
TicketRobin tracks major ticket vendors and resale platforms. The supported platforms page is the best place to see which platforms are currently active and which are coming soon.
How fast are alerts?
Alert speed depends on your plan. Basic checks run every 30 minutes, Fast every 5 minutes, and Instant is the highest-priority alerting tier.
What can I filter when creating a tracker?
Depending on the plan, you can set a budget and use additional filters such as seating or standing preferences, quantity, and other event-specific criteria shown in the product.
Do you guarantee that I will get tickets?
TicketRobin will significantly improve your chances by monitoring availability continuously and alerting you in real time, but it cannot guarantee that tickets will appear or still be available when you click through.
Can I track multiple events?
Yes. How many events you can track depends on whether you are using Event Trackers or a Monthly Plan. The pricing page is the best source of truth for active tracker limits, monthly event limits, and notification caps.
Does every account include a free Basic tracker?
Yes. Every TicketRobin account includes 1 free Basic tracker by default, so you can track 1 event at a time without paying.
How do Event Trackers work?
Event Trackers are one-time purchases for a single event. Once added, they stay active until the event date, with the speed and features shown for the tracker you choose.
When should I choose a Monthly Plan instead?
Choose a Monthly Plan if you want to track multiple events on an ongoing basis and need more included alerts, higher limits, or faster monitoring.
Is this allowed by ticket vendors?
TicketRobin only monitors publicly available ticket information and sends alerts when matching availability appears. You still complete the purchase directly with the vendor through the normal checkout process.
Do you offer refunds?
TicketRobin currently offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact the team within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
