How to win the Ticketmaster war
- Log in early: verify your email/phone and keep your presale link or code ready.
- Save your payment details: check expiry/billing address; keep your phone ready for bank approval.
- Have a plan: agree dates, quantity and total budget including fees.
- Join the waiting room: follow the event’s timing, usually 15-30 minutes early. Use one account, device and browser for the same sale; don’t refresh the queue.
- Check, then pay: confirm the date, ticket type and total before the checkout timer ends.
- Didn’t go to plan? Don’t worry, we’ve got you. Set a TicketRobin alert for your show.
Choose your show, quantity and budget. We’ll alert you to matching availability on supported sellers so you can buy directly. Alerts don’t reserve tickets.
