Clem started TicketRobin with his brother Ben after missing out on World Darts Championship tickets at Alexandra Palace. We are still a small team of fans, and you can meet us on our about page. You can also check the company yourself on the public register.

- Link every alert straight to the official listing

- Sell tickets or take payment for tickets
- Reserve or hold tickets, or enter queues for you
- Promise you will get a ticket

What it costs, and how you pay
Every account comes with one free Basic tracker, and you do not need a card for it. Basic checks once an hour. If a show is hard to get, faster trackers check every five minutes or every few seconds; see pricing.
Card payments on our website go through Stripe, so we never see your card number. In the Android app you pay through Google Play.
Your first payment has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] within 14 days for a full refund. The details are on refunds and billing.
How to stay safe when tickets come back
Sold-out shows attract scammers. A few rules keep you safe, whether you use us or not:
- Buy only from the official seller or its authorised resale, such as Ticketmaster's own resale.
- Check the address bar before you pay. Our alerts link to the seller's own site.
- Never pay a stranger by bank transfer for tickets from social media.
- TicketRobin will never message you asking for payment for tickets.

Is TicketRobin a scam?
No. TicketRobin Limited is a registered UK company (number 16987459) you can look up on Companies House. We are a notification service: we watch official ticket sellers for the events you choose and alert you when matching tickets appear. You always buy from the official seller, never from us.
Does TicketRobin sell tickets?
No. We do not sell tickets, handle ticket transactions, reserve or hold tickets, enter queues or buy on your behalf. Every alert links to the official listing so you can buy from the seller directly.
Is TicketRobin free?
