Terms of service

Last updated: 7 July 2026

By using TicketRobin, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service description

TicketRobin is an automated ticket monitoring service. We monitor publicly available ticket listings on official vendors and authorised resale platforms, and alert you when tickets matching your criteria appear.

TicketRobin is a notification service only. We do not sell tickets, handle ticket transactions, or guarantee ticket availability.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use TicketRobin. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account registration

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Plans and billing

Payment

Fast and Instant are available as monthly subscription plans and as one-time 7-day passes. Subscriptions are billed monthly until you cancel. One-time passes are billed at checkout and do not renew. The free Basic plan does not require a payment method.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. After 14 days, subscription charges and passes are non-refundable. We may provide refunds at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.

Plan changes

You may upgrade from the free Basic plan to a Fast or Instant monthly subscription or a one-time 7-day pass at any time. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled and remain active through the end of the current billing period. One-time passes activate immediately and expire after 7 days.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use TicketRobin for any illegal purpose
  • Violate ticket vendors' terms of service
  • Use automated tools to access TicketRobin (e.g., bots, scrapers) without our written permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our service
  • Resell or redistribute TicketRobin access without permission
  • Use TicketRobin to support ticket touting, scalping, bulk purchasing, speculative resale, or other activity intended to unfairly profit from ticket scarcity
  • Use TicketRobin to bypass or undermine queueing systems, purchase limits, identity checks, anti-bot protections, or other controls used by ticket vendors or event organisers
  • Use the service to spam or harass others
  • Create multiple accounts or use other workarounds to avoid plan limits, fair use limits, or enforcement action
  • Upload malware or malicious code
  • Overload our servers or interfere with other users

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Fair use policy

TicketRobin is designed for genuine fans and individual users monitoring events they may personally attend. To keep the service reliable and fair for everyone, your use must remain reasonable and proportionate.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, each user is limited to:

  • 10,000 alert notifications per calendar month; and
  • 100 active event trackers at any one time.

These fair use limits are maximum anti-abuse thresholds, not plan entitlements. Your plan may include lower active tracker limits, feature access, or monitoring speeds as shown on the pricing page or in your account.

If your activity exceeds or appears likely to exceed fair use limits, or if we reasonably believe your activity is automated, abusive, harmful to service reliability, or inconsistent with these terms, we may rate-limit, pause, remove, or refuse trackers; delay, batch, suppress, or stop notifications; require verification; suspend or terminate your account; or take other reasonable steps to protect TicketRobin, ticket vendors, event organisers, and other users.

We may apply additional technical safeguards where needed to protect the service, including limits on repeated searches, duplicate trackers, unusually broad tracking patterns, excessive alert volume, suspicious account creation, or other behaviour that appears inconsistent with normal personal use.

7. Service limitations

No guarantee of availability

We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available when you receive an alert. Popular events often sell out within seconds or minutes.

Third-party sites

We monitor third-party ticket sites. We are not responsible for those sites' availability, accuracy, or terms of service. Your purchases are subject to the vendor's terms.

Service uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible.

Monitoring frequency

We typically check sites every few seconds, but this may vary based on platform limitations and API rate limits.

8. Intellectual property

TicketRobin and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by TicketRobin and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without explicit permission.

9. Disclaimers

TicketRobin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Merchantability
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or completeness of data
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TicketRobin shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Missed ticket purchases or sold-out events
  • Actions or policies of third-party ticket vendors

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is less.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TicketRobin from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use TicketRobin ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after 30 days.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.

Continued use of TicketRobin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
