How Fontaines D.C. resale works
Every arena date is on Ticketmaster, and that’s where fans resell:
- The cap: a UK seller can’t list for more than they paid, booking fee included. No touting markups.
- Pink dots are resale tickets on the normal seat map. When you buy one, Ticketmaster cancels the seller’s ticket and issues a new one to you.
- London is a bit different. The O2’s own ticket partner is AXS, and AXS tickets live in The O2 app on your phone. They resell through AXS Official Resale, which is capped at 10% over what the seller paid. Ticketmaster sells The O2 date too. Here’s how AXS resale works.
The O2’s warning is worth hearing: tickets bought from other resale sites “may not be valid and access to the venue could be refused”. Stick to the official sellers. Our guide to Ticketmaster resale in the UK explains the rest.
Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow: what to know
- Liverpool, M&S Bank Arena: the venue runs a waiting list for the sold-out show, so join it as well as setting an alert. There are no under-14s on the floor.
- Manchester, AO Arena: standing is 14+.
- Glasgow, OVO Hydro: the limit was 4 tickets per person, and face value ran from about £39.60 to £73.60 including the admin fee. That’s your guide to a fair resale price. Standing is 14+, and under-16s need an adult with them.
- London, The O2: standing is 16+.
Accessible tickets
Each venue has its own route:
- Liverpool: call the box office on 0344 335 0437. You’ll need your Nimbus registration number.
- Glasgow: the OVO Hydro accessible booking line is 0141 576 3230, Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm.
- Manchester: accessible tickets can be bought on Ticketmaster.
- The O2: works with Nimbus Disability through the Access Card.
The 2027 shows: London Stadium and the summer dates
If November’s gone, summer 2027 might be your night. Fontaines D.C. headline their own outdoor shows across the UK, with Little Simz and Viagra Boys in support:
| Date | City | Venue |
|---|---|---|
| Tuesday 29 June | Cardiff | Blackweir Fields |
| Thursday 1 July | Newcastle | St James’ Park |
| 3 and 4 July | Manchester | Heaton Park |
| Tuesday 6 July | Glasgow | Glasgow Green |
| Friday 9 July | London | London Stadium |
London Stadium was still on sale when we checked, with doors at 5pm, and Heaton Park has added a second night. Before the UK run, they play two nights at Slane Castle in Ireland on 26 and 27 June, and they head to Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena on 26 September 2027.
Why Fontaines D.C. tickets come back
- Fans resell. Plans change, and new listings appear as pink dots, often in the final week.
- Checkouts time out. Tickets sitting in someone’s basket go back on sale if they don’t finish paying. Our 10-minute rule explains when to look again.
- Held seats get released. Seats kept back for the stage build can come out once the layout is final.
None of this happens on a schedule. That’s why so many fans end up refreshing for hours.
How to catch Fontaines D.C. tickets with TicketRobin
TicketRobin watches the Ticketmaster page for the show you pick, resale included, and sends you an alert when tickets that match your settings appear. You buy on Ticketmaster as normal. We don’t sell tickets, and we don’t hold them.
- Pick your night. Sign up, search for Fontaines D.C. and choose your city. Could you do two? Track both.
- Choose your speed. Your first Basic tracker is free and checks once an hour. Fast checks every five minutes, and Instant checks every few seconds. Resale on a sold-out arena show can go in minutes, so the faster plans give you a much better shot.
- Set your budget. UK resale can’t go above what the seller paid, so a limit around face value plus fees covers it. For example, Glasgow tickets cost about £39.60 to £73.60 with the admin fee, so a limit of £75 covers the whole range.
- Get alerts you’ll actually see. Email comes with every plan. WhatsApp comes with Instant and can be added to Fast. Stay signed in to Ticketmaster so checkout is quick.
