Before you start
We watch official sellers and their own resale, including Ticketmaster in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and across Europe, and AXS in the UK and US. Gametime, SeatGeek, and Twickets are coming soon. Your price is per ticket, so always check the final total with fees on the seller.
How ticket price alerts work
A ticket price alert is a tracker with a price limit. You only hear about tickets at or under the most you would pay, and nothing above it.
Find your show
Search above for your artist, team or venue, and pick the exact date. Would you go to more than one night? Track each one.
Set your maximum price
In the app, set the most you would pay per ticket and how many you need. You can choose seated or standing on every plan. Section filters come with Fast and Instant.
Get the alert and buy
When tickets at or under your price appear, we send you an alert. Open it, check the seats and the total with fees, and buy on the seller's own site.
Why a price alert beats refreshing
On a sold-out show, resale tickets come and go all day, and the good ones at a fair price rarely last long. Checking the seat map yourself means you either miss them or overpay out of panic.
With a price limit, you decide once what a ticket is worth to you. Anything above it never bothers you. Anything at or below it, you hear about.
For example, say you need two tickets for a sold-out arena show, and $150 each is your limit. A pair listed at $190 each never reaches you. A pair at $140 each does, and you can buy them on the seller's site straight away.
Always compare the total price
The price on the seat map isn't always what you pay. In the US, ticket prices now have to be shown with fees included, though tax and some delivery fees can still be added. Delivery and add-ons can change the total anywhere.
Set your limit with that in mind, and check the total at checkout before you pay. Our guides to Ticketmaster resale in the US and in the UK explain the fees.

Choose how often we check
Every account includes one free Basic tracker, and every plan has a price limit. On a sold-out show, good tickets at a fair price can go in minutes, so the faster plans give you a much better shot.
Paid event trackers use a one-time payment to track until the event date. Subscription plans are also available.

Ticket price alert FAQs
Does Ticketmaster have price alerts?
Not in any of its help pages. Ticketmaster alerts cover new shows, favourites and on-sale reminders. To get told when Ticketmaster tickets, resale included, appear under your price, set a maximum price on a TicketRobin tracker.
How does a ticket price alert work?
Pick your show and set the most you would pay per ticket. TicketRobin checks the official seller, resale included, and sends you an alert when tickets at or under that price appear. Basic checks once an hour, Fast every five minutes and Instant every few seconds.
Is the price limit free?
Yes. Every plan has a price limit, including the free Basic tracker that comes with every account. Basic sends your first matching alert and then stops. Fast and Instant keep alerting.
Is the maximum price per ticket?
Yes. You set the most you would pay for one ticket, and choose how many tickets you need. Always check the final total, with fees, on the seller before you buy.
Can I track StubHub or SeatGeek prices with TicketRobin?
Not yet. TicketRobin watches official sellers and their own resale, like Ticketmaster and AXS. Gametime, SeatGeek, and Twickets are coming soon.
Does TicketRobin show price history?
No. TicketRobin does not chart prices. It tells you when tickets you would actually buy, at your price, appear on the official seller.
Do concert ticket prices go down closer to the date?
Sometimes. Resale prices move with demand, and fans who cannot go often list in the final weeks. In the UK, official resale on Ticketmaster is capped at what the seller paid, so resale there never goes above that. A price alert means you hear about a good price without checking all day.
