Missed Out on Mariah Carey Tickets? Get Official Alerts
Missed out on Mariah Carey tickets or the presale? Don’t give up on your Christmas plans just yet. TicketRobin can alert you when tickets matching your preferences appear on supported Ticketmaster and AXS event pages.
If your chosen date looks sold out, the seats you wanted have gone or the only options left are over budget, set up an alert and let TicketRobin keep checking. You can watch for another chance without spending the run-up to Christmas refreshing a ticket page.

How to get Mariah Carey ticket alerts
Start with the official listing for the concert you want. TicketRobin supports Ticketmaster and AXS UK event pages, so you can track the approved sellers for your chosen UK show.
- Open the exact concert listing. Check the venue and date, especially when switching between Birmingham, London and Manchester.
- Add the supported event URL to TicketRobin. Use the concert listing rather than an artist search or a parking add-on.
- Choose your maximum price and ticket preferences where available. Think about how many people you need to seat together.
- Add another supported listing if it works for you. Track a second city or the other official seller separately where available.
- Turn on notifications. Email alerts are available across plans. WhatsApp is included with Instant Trackers and available as an add-on for Fast Trackers.
When TicketRobin finds matching availability, your alert links you to the seller to review and buy. Tickets aren’t reserved by an alert, so keep your login ready and check the full price before completing checkout. Our Ticketmaster alert setup guide walks through the options.
Can tickets come back after selling out?
They can. An organiser may release more seats closer to the show, and fans may list tickets through authorised resale where it is enabled. There is no fixed schedule or guarantee of another release, which makes alerts useful when you can’t keep checking yourself.
At The O2, the venue provides AXS Official Resale for AXS tickets. Use the approved route for your show and check the ticket type before buying. A screenshot in a social-media message isn’t a substitute for a valid ticket in the correct account.
If you missed a presale, check whether a later sale is still scheduled on the event page too. A presale allocation running out doesn’t mean every ticket for the show has gone.
Mariah Carey’s 2026 Christmas dates
| Date | City / location | Venue |
|---|---|---|
| Friday 27 November 2026 | Birmingham | Utilita Arena Birmingham |
| Monday 30 November 2026 | London | The O2 |
| Wednesday 2 December 2026 | Manchester | Co-op Live |
| Tuesday 8 December 2026 | Ta’ Qali, Malta | MFCC |
The UK shows are billed as a mix of Christmas favourites and Mariah’s wider catalogue. Birmingham and London list DJ Suss One as the special guest. Treat previous setlists as inspiration for your playlist, rather than a promise of exactly what you’ll hear.
Where to buy official tickets
Use the artist or venue website to reach the approved seller for your chosen show. Ticketmaster lists the three UK dates, while The O2 and Utilita Arena Birmingham also direct buyers to AXS through their own booking pages.
If you couldn’t find suitable tickets with one seller, check the other approved listing and track it too. Different sellers may offer different sections or packages. At our latest check, Ticketmaster marked Birmingham and London as having low availability; use your exact event page to see what is available now.
Malta update, 29 September: the promoter currently lists the MFCC concert as sold out and offers an official waiting list. Joining doesn’t guarantee tickets. Use that promoter route for Malta; don’t assume a tracker for a UK arena will cover it.
Set a budget before an alert arrives
Birmingham advertises tickets from £60 plus fees. That is a starting price for that venue, not a guaranteed offer for every date or an indication that the cheapest allocation is still available.
For London, Manchester and any later Malta availability, check the current official booking page. Compare the full cost for your group, including fees, before paying. Premium seats and hospitality can have a different price and set of benefits from a standard concert ticket.
If you’re giving tickets as a present, make sure the recipient can attend the specific date. A weekday show can also mean budgeting for time off, a train home or a hotel.
A little planning before the festive rush
For tickets bought through The O2 or AXS for the London show, the venue says you’ll need to display them through The O2 app. Set that up before travelling, and follow the delivery instructions from your own seller.
Check the venue’s accessible booking process, age rules and bag policy before buying for your group. Door-opening times are different from performance times, so use the latest event instructions when planning your journey.
Missing the first sale doesn’t have to mean abandoning the plan. Pick your night, set your budget and let TicketRobin watch for official tickets that fit.
