Before you start
Supported AXS event pages include UK and US listings. Coverage and ticket types are specific to the listing. AXS France has separate handling and should not be assumed to offer the same inventory or resale choices.
How to set up your AXS alert
Find your event
Search above for your artist, team or venue. Choose the exact date and check that the seller is AXS.
Choose your preferences
In the app, set the quantity, maximum price and ticket options you want. Choose the appropriate tracker speed. We recommend Instant for high-demand events.
Open your alert and buy
When your tracker finds a match, follow the alert to AXS. Check the live tickets and total price, then complete your purchase there.
Start with the night you want
An artist page, a waiting room and an event listing are different things. Your alert needs the supported listing for the performance you would actually attend. Search above, then check the venue and date before continuing.
If several nights work for you, set up separate trackers within your account limits. Each alert will then tell you which performance has matching availability. You do not need to keep every date open in a separate browser tab.
The ticket choices belong to your listing
AXS ticket types and resale coverage vary by event and market. Choose from the quantity, price and ticket-type settings available in the app. UK and US coverage does not mean every AXS product is supported, and France has separate inventory handling.
Your alert links back to AXS. You choose the actual tickets and complete checkout there under the seller's own account, delivery and purchase rules. TicketRobin watches for availability; it does not hold tickets or a place in a waiting room.

Paid event trackers use a one-time payment to track until the event date. Subscription plans are also available.

How do I set up an AXS ticket availability alert?
Search for your artist, event or venue above and choose the exact AXS performance. Set the ticket preferences available for that listing in TicketRobin and start your tracker. When matching tickets are found, follow the alert back to AXS to review and buy them.
Can I set up an AXS alert for free?
Yes. Every account includes one free Basic tracker with hourly checks and email alerts for a supported listing. Additional trackers and faster options cost extra. Review the options available for your event in the app.
Does this include every AXS resale listing?
No. Resale coverage depends on the event and market. Use the ticket types and resale choices offered for your listing in TicketRobin. Do not assume a UK or US option also applies to France.
Is TicketRobin part of AXS?
No. TicketRobin is an independent monitoring service. You buy tickets from AXS after following an alert; TicketRobin does not sell the ticket or receive a ticket-platform commission.
