Before you start
Selected performances in Australia and New Zealand only. Support for one date does not extend to a whole tour, venue or country. Ticket types and resale options depend on the performance you choose.
How to set up your Ticketek alert
Find your event
Search above for your artist, team or venue. Choose the exact date and check that the seller is Ticketek.
Choose your preferences
In the app, set the quantity, maximum price and ticket options you want. Choose the appropriate tracker speed. We recommend Instant for high-demand events.
Open your alert and buy
When your tracker finds a match, follow the alert to Ticketek. Check the live tickets and total price, then complete your purchase there.
Check your date before you commit
Ticketek coverage is currently limited to selected qualified listings. One supported performance does not mean a whole tour, venue or country is covered. The event picker and app show which dates can actually be tracked.
If your event is missing, send support its Ticketek link, date and venue. Do not set a tracker for a different night expecting it to cover yours. We cannot promise when another listing will become available.
The right ticket type matters
Supported performances can cover ordinary seated tickets, standing tickets or both. Primary and resale options are specific to each date. Packages, restricted admissions and unqualified products are not automatically included.
The app shows the choices your listing supports. Where Ticketek assigns primary seats during booking, a quantity match does not confirm adjacent seats. Check the allocation, total price and admission terms with the seller before you buy.
Choose your checking speed and alerts
Every account includes one free Basic tracker. Choose from the speeds available for your event. An alert does not reserve tickets or guarantee a purchase.
Paid event trackers use a one-time payment to track until the event date. Subscription plans are also available.

Ticketek ticket alert FAQs
Can I track every Ticketek Australia or New Zealand event?
No. Only selected qualified listings are released. Coverage is tied to the exact performance and ticket types. The app's available listing and setup choices are the guide to what you can track.
Does Ticketek Marketplace support mean all resale is tracked?
No. Primary and resale coverage must be qualified for the released listing. A Marketplace page by itself does not establish coverage of that event, its packages or its other ticket types.
What should I do if my Ticketek event is missing?
Contact support with the event link, date and venue. Do not buy a tracker for a different performance expecting it to cover yours. TicketRobin cannot promise when an unqualified listing will become supported.
