Supported Eventim UK listings, with verified primary offers and supported whole resale bundles. Prices are per ticket and exclude Eventim order fees. Coverage does not extend to every international Eventim site.

How to set up your Eventim alert

Find your event
Search above for your artist, team or venue. Choose the exact date and check that the seller is Eventim.
Choose your preferences
In the app, set the quantity, maximum price and ticket options you want. Choose the appropriate tracker speed. We recommend Instant for high-demand events.
Open your alert and buy
When your tracker finds a match, follow the alert to Eventim. Check the live tickets and total price, then complete your purchase there.

Primary and resale have different buying rules

A supported Eventim listing can offer primary inventory and resale bundles. Choose the date you would attend, then review the quantity and ticket types your listing supports. A ticket on another Eventim country site is not automatically part of the UK integration.

Whole resale bundles are matched to the requested size. A larger bundle is not treated as something the seller will necessarily split. For primary inventory, matching uses the verified quantities and seat groups supported by the listing.

Leave room for order fees

Eventim matching prices are per ticket before order fees. A maximum ticket price is therefore not a guarantee that your entire order will fit that amount once checkout charges are added.

Open the seller link in your alert and check the live ticket category, seats and final total before paying. TicketRobin does not reserve inventory or complete checkout. Another fan may buy the tickets between the check and your visit.

Every account includes one free Basic tracker. Choose from the speeds available for your event. An alert does not reserve tickets or guarantee a purchase.

Paid event trackers use a one-time payment to track until the event date. Subscription plans are also available.

Are Eventim order fees included in the matching price?

No. Prices used for matching are per ticket before Eventim order fees. Check the current final total on the seller's checkout before paying.

Does one Eventim tracker cover every country?

No. This page describes supported UK listings. The date, seller and available ticket options are specific to the performance you choose in the app.

Can I choose between primary tickets and resale?

Use the choices offered for your supported listing in the app. Do not assume that all Eventim inventory or resale products are included just because the event appears in the catalogue.
