    Before you start

Supported US SeatGeek listings only. Available ticket types depend on the event. A seller-offered quantity does not independently confirm that the seats are adjacent.

How to set up your SeatGeek alert

    1. Find your event

Search above for your artist, team or venue. Choose the exact date and check that the seller is SeatGeek.

    2. Choose your preferences

In the app, set the quantity, maximum price and ticket options you want. Choose the appropriate tracker speed. We recommend Instant for high-demand events.

    3. Open your alert and buy

When your tracker finds a match, follow the alert to SeatGeek. Check the live tickets and total price, then complete your purchase there.

Choose the show before choosing the tickets

Search for your artist, team or venue, then pick the exact performance. The same show can appear on several ticket sites. Your SeatGeek tracker watches the selected SeatGeek listing, rather than assuming another seller has the same inventory.

In the app, choose the quantity and preferences supported by your event. Supported standing and reserved offers are treated differently. The presence of a floor section alone does not mean every ticket in it is standing.

Know the offer before you buy

Matching uses the quantities the seller actually offers and the all-in per-ticket price supplied with the listing. TicketRobin does not split a bundle into a quantity the seller has not offered, or infer seat numbers for part of a larger listing.

When an alert arrives, open SeatGeek and check the current price, ticket type and seating arrangement. A group-sized offer is not independent proof of adjacent seats. Tickets may change or sell before you reach checkout.

Choose your checking speed and alerts

Every account includes one free Basic tracker. Choose from the speeds available for your event. An alert does not reserve tickets or guarantee a purchase.

Paid event trackers use a one-time payment to track until the event date. Subscription plans are also available.

    SeatGeek ticket alert FAQs

Does a SeatGeek alert reserve the tickets?

No. TicketRobin monitors and alerts. You review and buy the tickets on SeatGeek. The seller confirms live availability and the checkout total.

    Can I track standing tickets?

Supported SeatGeek standing offers can be matched when the listing identifies them as standing or general admission. Choose the ticket types available for your event in the app.

Does this cover SeatGeek events outside the US?

This integration is scoped to supported US SeatGeek events. Do not assume that another country or currency is covered because it appears on SeatGeek.
