You Asked, We Delivered: Ticketek Is Here

You asked us to add Ticketek, and we’ve delivered. You can now track Ticketek events with TicketRobin and get alerted when tickets become available again.

Ticketek is the latest official ticket platform we support, giving you more events to track and more chances to catch tickets after the first sale.

Whether you are following a concert, festival or sporting event, the idea is the same: choose the event you care about, set up a tracker, and let TicketRobin keep checking for you.

Sold out does not always mean your chance has gone

Seeing “sold out” can feel like the end of the road. But ticket availability can change between the original sale and the event itself.

Tickets may become available when unfinished orders expire, additional allocations are released, or the organiser opens up more capacity once production plans are confirmed.

These releases are not guaranteed, and they do not always come with an announcement. A small batch of tickets can appear while you are working, travelling or simply looking elsewhere.

TicketRobin helps you catch those changes without repeatedly refreshing the ticket page.

How to track a Ticketek event

Start by searching for your event on TicketRobin. Before creating your tracker, check the platform, date and venue carefully, particularly if an artist has several shows in the same city.

Once you have found the Ticketek listing you want:

  1. Open the event and create your tracker.
  2. Choose the tracker speed that suits you.
  3. Set any ticket preferences available for that event.
  4. Keep an eye on your notifications so you can act when an alert arrives.

If you would happily attend more than one date, track each one separately. Being flexible gives you more opportunities to find tickets you would actually buy.

Missed Olivia Dean or Brooks & Dunn?

At publication on 10 October 2026, Ticketek shows with exhausted advertised ticket allocations include:

  • Olivia Dean at Sydney’s Afterpay Arena on 10 October 2026, part of her The Art of Loving Live tour. Ticketek lists the general public allocation as exhausted.
  • Brooks & Dunn at Sydney’s Afterpay Arena on 24 March 2027, part of their Neon Moon Tour. Ticketek lists this date as allocation exhausted, with an additional show announced for 25 March.

If you missed out on your preferred date, setting up a TicketRobin tracker lets you keep watching for availability changes. More tickets are never guaranteed, but if they become available again, you can hear about it without checking the page yourself.

Choose a tracker speed that suits the demand

For a quieter event, occasional checks may be enough. For a popular show, newly available tickets can move quickly.

Choose your tracker with that in mind. If you are following a sold-out tour or a major sporting event, a faster tracker can help you hear about availability sooner.

It also helps to decide your budget before an alert arrives. Knowing what you are happy to spend makes it easier to act without making a rushed decision during checkout.

What happens when you receive an alert?

Open the link in your alert to check the available tickets on Ticketek. You complete your purchase directly through the official ticket platform.

TicketRobin monitors availability and sends alerts. It does not reserve tickets or complete checkout for you, so availability may change between receiving an alert and opening the event page.

For a high-demand event, being ready to act can make a difference. Have your Ticketek account details handy and check that you are buying the right date before completing your order.

Built around the events you want to attend

Your requests help shape what we build next. You told us you wanted to track Ticketek events, and we’re pleased to make that possible.

Our mission is to give every fan a fairer chance of being there. Adding Ticketek brings us another step closer by helping you follow more of the events you care about through official ticket sources.

If you missed the sale, you can now keep watching for another opportunity without doing all the checking yourself.
